This is a thread dedicated towards frostfire bolt and frostfire bolt builds specifically. I know for now it looks more like its under construction (and it is), but the main goal for me to post this is to get the points of contention worked out. Also others might like to ask specific questions about the build at the same time, although I think most of it is rather intuitive.
